We are THE VILLAGE, an exclusive on demand membership based childcare network providing connection to the most reliable sitters so that you can create better balance in your life. 

We believe: date nights are essential, you should take time to take care of you (your physical and mental health), and that you don't have to parent alone. It takes a village and we are here to be The Village for you! 

Our goals is that you have a sitter at your fingertips anytime you need them. With your annual membership fee you get access to The Network where we will connect you directly with the sitters (The Village).  

We ensure that finding care for your little ones is a safe and enjoyable experience. With our meticulous screening process, we have the most trusted and safe caregivers in San Diego. We use the best security software (evident) available to screen and monitor all caregivers. Each caregiver is CPR certified and completes a 3-step interview process.







Everything detailed in The Network is with your children in mind. We believe Service is the Key to Happiness and we are dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for your little ones. Our model allows you to use a caregiver directly when you find the perfect fit. We strive to create a nurturing environment that builds trust and excitement between your child and caregiver.

Your annual membership allows you the flexibility to use The Network as often as you need. Balance is key for any parent, and we are here to help whenever you need. The Network membership is $299 for the entire year.

The Network requests 3-5 days in advance to fulfill requests for care. Though we cannot guarantee a caregiver every time, being unable to fulfill a request is rare. Being unable to fill a request occurs mainly during popular weekend nights, last minute requests, and holiday seasons.
