Stephanie Dooley
THE FOUNDER
Stephanie founded The Village Childcare Network as a stay at home mom of 3. "It's hard raising kids on your own, sometimes you need a little help, which is why I created THE VILLAGE." A business born out of need- after talking to friends she realized that she was not alone in this and that all moms need a village they can turn to.
She has a background in hospitality and marketing and has curated an incredible network utilizing her resources to create an ideal network for families and caregivers. A safe, effective, reliable way to support moms and their needs while providing opportunities for the best caregivers to do what they do best (take care of children).
Stephanie is originally from Virgina, her southern upbringing is more than a state of mind. Where Jesus comes first, community comes second, and sweet tea solves everything.
Her goal is that the network helps families, like yours, find the peace of mind that comes with having the support system of The Village behind you.

The Network is here to help you create a better BALANCE. We ensure that finding care for your little ones is a safe and enjoyable experience. With our meticulous screening process, we have the most trusted and safe caregivers in San Diego.
We create a nurturing environment that builds trust and excitement between your child and caregiver. We use the best security software available to screen and monitor all caregivers. Each caregiver is CPR certified and completes a 3-step interview process.
The Network was built with your children in mind. We believe service is the key to happiness and we are dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for your little ones. Our model allows you to use a caregiver directly when you find the perfect fit.

Your local annual membership allows you the flexibility to use The Network as often as you need. Balance is key for any parent, and we are here to help whenever you need.
This annual fee connects you to The Network. You will still pay sitters directly for their services at the rate you choose and frequency you need.
LOCAL $299
Use The Network while on vacation. A hand selected caregiver will be matched based on your needs. You may use one sitter for multiple dates.
